Thoroughbred Direct Intermodal Services can work with you to avoid damage claims. We can arrange to have representatives come to your location and demonstrate proper loading, blocking and bracing techniques.

Claim Inquiries

If you require assistance on an exception noted at the time of delivery or wish to file a claim, contact TDIS customer service at 877-250-2535. If you wish to check on the status of a claim that has been filed, O S & D / Claims can be reached by 877-250-2902, option #5, extension 3371, or email your request to our claims department.
